Flin’s background is in Art Education and Early Childhood Education and she has been an art instructor for nearly 2 decades; it all began when she was a summer camp assistant at Brentwood Art Center while she was in high school. She has taught preschool through high school students, as well as professional development workshops for teachers and Mommy and Me classes. She has several years experience working as BAC day camp director, and with diverse groups of English second language learners. Flin has her CA Early Childhood Site Supervisor Permit, her CA Teaching Credential in Art and Anthropology, her M.A. in Art Education and her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology, with a minor in Fine Art. She studied Art History abroad at Cambridge University while she was an undergraduate at University of California at Santa Barbara, and adores travel. Her art loves are photography, ceramics/sculpture and mixed media.
